Q: How long will it take to receive my video order?
A: We ship by First Class US Mail. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Q: What kind of video quality can I expect from these old films?
A: Generally, the video quality is very good. Keep in mind that we are digitally tranferring very old 16mm movie films to video. The quality of the final video depends largely on the quality of the original film. We will not sell a video unless the quality meets our standards. Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the
date of the order whose status you wish to view.
